As Ashling’s Prerogative enters, choose odd or even. (Zero is even.) Each creature with mana value of the chosen quality has haste. Each creature without mana value of the chosen quality enters tapped.

When Aria of Flame enters, each opponent gains 10 life. Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, put a verse counter on Aria of Flame, then it deals damage equal to the number of verse counters on it to target player or planeswalker.
At the beginning of your upkeep, flip a coin. If you lose the flip, sacrifice Planar Chaos. Whenever a player casts a spell, that player flips a coin. If they lose the flip, counter that spell.
